What we collect when you book

The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number and the address of the home. We need all four to turn up at the right house and tell you when. Anything you type in the notes box comes with it, so the technician arrives knowing what you are worried about.

What the monitor records

If we fit an air monitor, it measures the air in your home, things like particulates, carbon dioxide, humidity and temperature, and sends those readings to Aeritas, the platform we use to read them. It has no microphone and no camera. It does not record who is in the house or what they are doing.

Health information

When you set up your account the app asks whether anyone in the home is more sensitive to air quality: asthma, allergies, a newborn, someone over 65. Answering is optional. It is used for one thing, which is to tighten the levels at which we warn you, and it is never sold or shared. You can change or remove those answers at any time from your account settings. Please leave medical records out of the booking form.

Who can see your readings

You can. So can we, because you have asked us to look after the air in your home and we cannot do that blind. Aeritas operates the platform on our behalf and can see what is needed to run it. Nobody else does: we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Emails and texts

We email you about your visits and, if you have a monitor, when something in your air needs attention. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and your account settings have a switch for each kind. Quiet hours are there too, so alerts wait until morning rather than waking the house.

This website

Checklist selections and guide filters stay on the page. This website does not add advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs.

Keeping it, and deleting it

We keep your home’s readings for as long as we are looking after it, because the value of a reading is in what it can be compared with. If you want your account and your data deleted, ask us from your account settings or write to the address below, and we will confirm with you what happens to the record of your home before anything is removed.
